Short film. Writer, artistic director, co-directed with Neil Ingall.

A woman is placed before a surface that may hold a presence, or may hold nothing at all, and finds she cannot tell the two apart. Gustbabden set the terms for the work that has followed since: the mystery does not arrive, it was already there.

A self absorbed, hypochondriac nurse making her rounds, half competent and entirely certain, while the people around her keep unraveling in stranger ways than she can account for.

Director of Photography, editor and colorist on a film featured within Sturbzep, a stage piece by Sophie Perez, produced by la Compagnie du Zerep.

 

Le Village des Automates (Documentary)

A recurring section built around automatons and the uncanny edge where a mechanism starts to look like it is deciding something for itself.

 

Bernardino Femminielli

Eight music videos and counting. A long running collaboration built one clip at a time, closer now to a shared language than a set of assignments.
